First Doll in 7 Years

It’s been such a long time since I’ve had a new doll. Unpacking her and taking those first photos felt so special.

I’m very particular, and I don’t plan on expanding my current collection. (Besides, I still have a few BJDs stored away in my home country that I need to sort out eventually...so there is already a lot for me.)

However, I’ve wanted to embody  Thaire's baby for as long as I can remember, so I made an exception. She absolutely deserves it.

About the doll: This is Ange Ai Sunny from Custom House (Aileen Dolls), made in 2010. I first saw Ai at a doll meetup in 2012 and have wanted one ever since. 

She’s now 14 years old. The previous owner made her a lovely outfit and wig, though I’ll definitely redesign her look to fit my story. But for now, I’m just enjoying that long-forgotten feeling.
