Kieran is RaOn Dream Kii. I once saw him in 2011 when I just got into the hobby, and only through promo photos.
Seeing him on the marketplace again was quite nostalgic and interesting. His old-school look is just so charming.

Kieran is an elven apothecary. He is friends with Aneirin.
